The McGuire Family,

Thank you so much for repairing our clock.  As Always, you did more than is ever necessary to make the owners of your furniture happy.

Please send me a complete catalog, as my firm would like to purchase some pieces.

Dear Mrs. McGuire,

It was a pleasure to speak with you about my favorite work of art-the beautiful Birdseye Maple Grandmother Clock that was made by your family.  My clock was damaged by the movers,

and I am relieved and delighted to learn that your company will

be able to replace the movement and chiming mechanism, so tha

I may once again listen for the half-hour and hourly chimes that I have come to anticipate with great joy.  If you have representation in California, would you be kind enough to let me know where I

may find more of your exquisite pieces?  Your work is

absolutely beautiful!  My best wishes to you and your

family for a very Happy Easter.

McGuire Family,

Thank you so much for adding the ivory escutcheon to the Watervliet Dwarf Clock lower door.  Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 1997.

Dear McGuire’s,

Thank you very much for your donation of a Tiger Maple Tall Clock.  Through our silent auction, your donation helped fund the Cancer Support Program for the 2004-05 fiscal year.

We love our grandfather clock.  Thank you for

delivering it to us in Chester.   My daughter lives in Mass. And would be interested in a wall mounted clock.  Do you offer anything like that?

The Basics

Dear Linda,

Enclosed with this letter is the “bonnet” of the“Grandmother”

Clock I purchased at Sawbridge Studios in Chicago in 1997.  Since I have had it in my possession , I have had more compliments on it’s beauty  of design and function than any other piece I own.  My grandmother loved this clock, and I let her have it .for a time.  It appears the bonnet was dropped and  the edge secured some damage. I would be happy to pay all the costs associated with repairing, and shipping back to me.

I  sincerely appreciate your help in repairing this great clock.  It makes our day to hear the chimes and to know that is is so beautifully designed and made.
